Kryder - Tarzan (Original Mix) [Free Download]
Sosumi Records launches today, Kryders brand new record label with the aim of allowing previously unsigned artists to reach new audiences globally. The label will serve as a completely free outlet that will release underground music with unauthorized samples. The first release on Sosumi is Kryder’s very own "Tarzan” which debuted on his BBC Radio 1 mix and garnered support on Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano’s Essential Mix. We hope you like it and as always if you decide to post please send me the link and I’ll share it on his networks.
At the end of this month the U.K's Kryder will be launching the first free record label dubbed "Sosumi Records". This marks another step for the genre-crossing artist as his ideology to reshape the electronic music industry continues. The imprint will serve as an outlet for cool underground music containing unclear-able samples, these records often untouched by labels due to the many legalities involved. This inspired idea comes from the generation of vinyl loving "white label addicts" where highly exclusive music was driven from under the counters of record stores around the world.
"I want to help new unsigned artists who like myself want to reach new audiences and gain the exposure they deserve. There is so much great music out there not getting what it should and I want to change that. I want to take the best orginal tracks that are held back and set them free, for free"
The dance world first met Kryder in 2011, when Tiësto signed the sweeping, trance-meets-progressive-house track "K2″ to his Musical Freedom imprint. His daring, sound has been described as "chunky, rolling, groove based house with progressive and techno influences," It has fast gained support from the elite including seal of approvals from Swedish producer Axwell and continuous support from Radio 1's Danny Howard "His signature Kryder sound is worthy of rocking any festival main stage"
The label will kick off with a track from Kryder the worthy titled 'Tarzan' out on the 27th January. Dancing Astronaut hailed by Billboard Magazine as "the voice of the EDM generation," have partnered exclusively on the release on "Sosumi Records" The track has already gained huge BBC Radio 1 support and exposure from headline DJs.
